Why we started with the ledger
Most businesses we meet are not short of software. There is a stock app, an invoicing tool, a payroll service and a folder of spreadsheets holding the gaps together. What is missing is a single place where those numbers agree with each other.
So we build outward from the books. Purchasing, selling, stock and production are treated as the places where accounting entries originate, rather than as separate systems that finance has to reconcile afterwards. It is a slower thing to set up and a much faster thing to live with.
If a number cannot be traced back to the document that created it, it is an opinion.

How we work
We say what a phase will not cover
A scope that lists only what is included is a scope that will be argued about later. We write down the exclusions in the same document.
You own the database
Whatever the deployment, you can take a full export at any time. An implementation partner should be easy to leave and worth staying with.
Configuration before customisation
Code written for one client is code that client maintains forever. We reach for configuration first and write custom logic only where the business genuinely differs.
The people who use it decide it works
Sign-off comes from the warehouse and the finance team running a real period, not from a demo environment and a slide.
